Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Program Management, this role serves as a first point of contact for students to ensure above average client service and support student retention across all programs of study.
Responsibilities include evaluating student needs, planning and executing interventions, managing course selection and registration processes, and promoting the University and Faculty at events.

Key Requirements

Union affiliation SSUO Grade 08
35 hours per week availability
