Must-have

  • Minimum 5 years applicable experience in science or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in audit and inspection management
  • Ability to balance patient safety with compliance and supply
  • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy
  • Experience with Quality Systems like Veeva Vault
  • Experience with Cell Therapy regulatory inspections
  • Extensive knowledge of international Cell Therapy GxP frameworks
  • Track record of attracting and developing talent

Key Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory/project management experience
  • Experience engaging with global regulatory bodies (Desirable)
  • M.S. degree preferred (Desirable)
