Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT/OT automation programs, including MES, SCADA, PLC, DCS, data historians, and integration with enterprise systems.
Manage program scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and own automation CAPEX and OPEX planning, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure automation solutions meet GMP, food safety, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements, leading automation testing, commissioning, validation, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline
12+ years industrial automation, IT/OT systems experience
Proven experience leading global automation programs
Strong stakeholder management experience
Demonstrated ownership of automation CAPEX/OPEX
Hands-on experience with validation, GMP, food safety
Knowledge of OT cybersecurity and IT/OT convergence
