Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • 5–8 years of experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA development for water/wastewater projects
  • Expertise in Allen-Bradley (CompactLogix, ControlLogix) and Siemens (TIA Portal, WinCC) platforms
  • Strong command of IEC 61131-3 programming languages
  • Experience in redundant CPU, I/O, and network architectures
  • Experience with remote monitoring platforms
  • Proven FAT/SAT execution and site commissioning experience
  • Experience with instrument selection, integration, and calibration
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
  • Ability to read P&IDs, control narratives, and specifications
