Job Summary

  • This is a hands-on position that requires active physical and mental participation, with or without accommodation.
  • Assisting with testing (analytical, microbiological) and evaluating (organoleptic) and release of products.
  • Managing ingredient and finished product documents including specifications, recipes, nutritional labels, standard operating procedures and other documentation related to food quality and safety.
