Job Summary
The Inpatient RN provides direct patient care across multiple dialysis modalities and partners with hospitals to ensure quality and positive patient experiences.
This role includes supervising Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff, educating ICU staff on continuous renal replacement therapy, and collaborating with physicians to coordinate patient care plans.
The position requires travel between hospitals, participation in on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to strict safety and compliance standards.

Key Requirements
Current appropriate state RN licensure
Minimum one year RN experience
Minimum six months nephrology experience
BLS CPR certification
Certification in Nephrology or Apheresis Nursing encouraged
Successful completion of ESRD patient care training
