Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a technical related discipline
  • 5 plus years related automotive experience
  • Certified Tool & Die Maker
  • 5 years related work experience in a Class A metal stamping manufacturing environment
  • understanding in BIW build fit & function
  • understanding in Die / die process
  • understanding in assembly tooling
  • understanding in welding & sealer applications
  • understanding in CMM & datum alignment
  • understanding in data processing & reporting
  • understanding in customer tolerancing concepts
  • working knowledge of catia V4/V5
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Project, Word
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
