Job Summary
As a Customer Service Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in increasing our service quality, strengthening ownership within teams, and improving processes within the Customer Contact Center in the Benelux.
You will structurally measure, analyze, and improve service quality, analyze performance at team and individual level, and translate insights into coaching and training actions.
Remeha offers a permanent contract, thirteenth month, a strong pension scheme, 27 vacation days and 13 adv-days per calendar year, and travel expenses reimbursement.

Key Requirements
HBO degree in Business Administration or similar
2-5 years experience in customer contact/service
Knowledge of service processes and Quote-to-Cash
