Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.
  • The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident protected health information while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
