Job Summary

  • The Ground Support Task Order Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution of the Ground Support Task Order under the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) IDIQ.
  • This role serves as the Government-facing primary point of contact and is directly responsible and accountable for scope, cost, schedule, technical performance, security compliance, facilities, logistics, and operational ground system readiness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing technical programs in secure operational environments
  • Demonstrated experience with cost, schedule, and technical management in a Government contracting environment
  • Working knowledge of RMF, ATO/ATC/IATT, configuration management, cybersecurity, and property accountability
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • PMP, INCOSE, ITIL, or similar professional certification
