The Senior Solutions Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of system enhancements, new products, and projects in Life Operations, focusing on Claims.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, developing user requirements, facilitating change, managing UAT, and providing guidance to other team members.

Key Requirements
1-2 years working experience in life insurance claims operations
3-5 years working experience as a business analyst
Diploma or Degree Holder in Business IT, Computer Science or related
Experience in requirements gathering and managing delivery of life/health insurance systems
Experience in digital products or services (mobile or web)
