This position is client facing and you will be called upon to speak to technical team members of your own team and the customer to provide advice and council for various implementation techniques, architectural recommendations and decisions, and troubleshooting during incident and system outage events.
Your primary responsibilities will be as follows: Architectural and Design work, Process & framework definition, Change control, Validation of the submitted plans from resident teams, Change Advisory Board (“CAB”) reviewer & approver, Implementation Quality Assurance Team lead, Global initiatives and projects, Task & team management.

Key Requirements
Min 10+ years of experience in Storage industry
ITIL Certification is must
