Job Summary
Leads a team of professionals in managing the annual budget planning, quarterly outlook regrounding, monthly reporting, cost simulation and other ad hoc tasks.
Develops and maintains financial models and reports to support outlook regrounding, budget planning and financial feasibility study that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Collaborates across functions within and outside of C1PH to support business growth, LOB / sitewide projects and to improve or sustain financial performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Management Accounting
3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A
3 years in a supervisory role
CPA or a CMA preferred
Global Shared Service or BPO setting experience preferred
