Job Summary
The Regional Multinational Service Delivery Manager will implement the MN Business Model and ensure globally consistent MN processes, roles, responsibilities, procedures, and controls throughout the assigned region.
This role is responsible for coordinating servicing efforts for Producing Offices (PO's), Issuing Offices (IO's), and Network Partner territories, including complex negotiations and regulatory environments.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in financial services or insurance, with a proven background in managing service-oriented operational environments and multinational programs.
