Job Summary

  • The Regional Multinational Service Delivery Manager will implement the MN Business Model and ensure globally consistent MN processes, roles, responsibilities, procedures, and controls throughout the assigned region.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating servicing efforts for Producing Offices (PO's), Issuing Offices (IO's), and Network Partner territories, including complex negotiations and regulatory environments.
  • The position requires a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in financial services or insurance, with a proven background in managing service-oriented operational environments and multinational programs.
