The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to develop new approaches for complex problems in the medical device industry.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead cross-functional teams, and provide supervision for up to 4 to 5 technicians and associate engineers.
The role requires adherence to strict Quality Management Systems (QMS) and FDA regulations while championing continuous improvement strategies like Lean and 6 Sigma.
