Job Summary

• Collaborate with Senior Domain Leads, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to execute tasks related to assigned domains.
• Plan and prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT), handle data preparation, test data, data migration, and training plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and other teams to address and resolve issues and ensure proper closure and filing of documents.

• At least 3 years' experience in conducting training
• Relevant experience in IT or IT-related disciplines is advantageous

• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in data analytics and dashboarding tools is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio tools
