Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for defining, developing, and leading the software development for real-time software air and/or space systems in an Agile software development environment.
  • Lead the software engineering team’s agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/retrospectives, and impediment removal.
  • Coach and mentor engineers on agile practices, test automation, CI/CD, code quality, and observability.

  • 1+ years scripting/programming languages for automation (Python, Bash)
