The Paint Process Engineer is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving paint shop processes at Factory ZERO, working autonomously with occasional guidance.
Key responsibilities include designing, constructing, integrating, installing, and continuously improving paint shop equipment and tooling, as well as defining manufacturing processes.
The role requires collaboration with production and maintenance personnel, plant leadership, and suppliers to resolve issues, implement improvements, and drive improvements in safety, quality, throughput, cost, and energy usage.

Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
