  • The Senior Vice President, Casualty Operations Enablement serves as a senior operational leader and strategic partner to the President of Casualty, with accountability for strengthening execution, alignment, and operational discipline across the Casualty organization.
  • This role is responsible for translating Casualty strategy into scalable execution, enabling leadership effectiveness, and ensuring consistent performance management across a large, geographically dispersed operation.
  • The role works closely with SVPs, Managing Directors, and functional leaders to drive outcomes across service delivery, colleague experience, and financial performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or advanced degree preferred

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a senior leadership or SVP-adjacent level
