Job Summary

  • Own the growth “system” across the merchant lifecycle: Acquisition, Activation, and Retention & expansion.
  • Lead a team of 5–7 FTE supporting merchant growth across the Payment Acceptance ecosystem.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales/Service, Risk/Compliance, Pricing, Finance and Product to deliver scalable, mass-managed customer journeys.

  • Proven track record leading medium to large initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder partnering skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and data-driven problem solving
  • Working knowledge of data tools such as SQL and/or SAS (preferred)
