Key Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience in SAP ECP
  • Experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll rules
  • Experience in EC–ECP integration and payroll migration projects
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation
  • Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Technology, Computer Science, Business, or similar
  • Sole British Nationals that have lived and worked in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years
