Job Summary

• The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, testing, repair, and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire/life safety equipment, mechanical systems, and building infrastructure.
• Perform general facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting and other duties as required.
