Job Summary

  • The Technical Pre-Construction Manager reports to and partners with an experienced Pre-Construction Manager on awarded projects.
  • Responsibilities include coordination, preparation, processing, distributing and tracking all construction documentation associated with projects.
  • They will assist with the development and execution of project plans and schedules, monitor project performance, and identify resources needed to complete projects.
