The Quality Assurance Associate will support the QAD Head, QA Officers, and MIS Team with administrative tasks, monitor progress and timelines of QA-related initiatives, and ensure QA transactions are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards.
This role involves supporting day-to-day business management, generating management reports, identifying efficiency improvements, and providing appropriate risk reporting to Management.
