Activate Talent is seeking a Senior FP&A Lead for a part-time, remote position to enhance their financial planning and analysis capabilities as they scale from $20M to $50M in revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FP&A within consumer, eCommerce, or retail sectors, particularly with DTC and marketplace channels

Job Summary

  • Build robust FP&A capabilities, including forecasting, channel-level profitability, and actionable financial insights.
  • Own financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning across the business, and build detailed P&Ls by channel.
  • Partner directly with the Founder and leadership team on key initiatives and provide financial insights to support strategic planning.
