Base: zł167,200 PLN - zł250,800 PLN; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Technical support for enterprise cloud software
Experience with SaaS support
Programming knowledge including Java or .NET
Troubleshooting Web Services and APIs
Working knowledge of Linux and SQL
Customer-facing escalation management
Nice-to-have
Proactive and empathetic team player
Experience with financial planning software
Knowledge of ELK or log aggregation tools
JavaScript knowledge
Implementation or support of software integrations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Key Requirements
5+ years technical support experience
2+ years support engineer experience with enterprise cloud software
Experience managing escalated cases across multiple enterprise accounts
