Job Summary
Provide strategic advice, coaching and case management to colleagues and People Leaders to support injury, illness, disability and workplace adjustment needs, ensuring safe and sustainable outcomes.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify and manage physical and psychosocial risks, supporting early intervention, prevention and best-practice risk management approaches.
Collaborate across Health, Safety & Wellbeing and People & Culture teams to deliver consistent, high-quality, scalable and cost-effective health management and rehabilitation services.

Key Requirements
