Job Summary

  • The HR Develop KAM drives the Develop Review and ensures it translates into HR operational actions in terms of workforce evolution, staffing, learning, knowledge management and employment marketing for an org unit at short, mid and long terms and in a transnational dimension.
  • Deliver the Business/function Resources Review to HR to build the Company strategy in terms of Headcount, Employment, Competencies, Development solutions.
  • Organise regular exchanges with HRBPs, Develop CoEs & Operational Clusters, Academies and Finance to ensure the implementation of the Resource Review action plan and adapt when needed in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
