Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Radar and Ultrasonic sensor application knowledge
  • ADAS and autonomous driving system validation experience
  • In-vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • Business to advanced level Japanese and English proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • 5+ years automotive system validation experience
  • Test automation with Python, CAPL, or Robot Framework
  • Experience with CANoe, dSPACE, or ETAS tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE standards
  • CI/CD environment familiarity with Jenkins or GitLab

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of system validation experience in the automotive industry
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English at business to advanced levels
