  • This role provides direct supervision to crisis response professionals and stewards quality assurance, metrics, and continuous improvement for the Crisis and Critical Needs Program.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
  • Active and relevant clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
  • Seven (7) years of experience in crisis/behavioral health/student-support
  • Three (3) years in a leadership role
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated leadership of Behavioral Intervention Teams (BIT)
