Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree with technical background
  • Minimum 3 years program or project management experience
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or composite materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Project
  • Strong customer interaction and executive presentation skills

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or graduate level coursework preferred
  • Experience with Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 or DELMIA Apriso
  • Background in production, quality, finance, or purchasing
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
  • Experience leading bid and proposal processes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years experience in program/project management
  • U.S. citizenship or eligible work status required
  • Technical background in engineering or operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
