Job Summary
Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and to maintain the nursing home in a sanitary manner.
Collect laundry from residents daily or as needed, sorting, treating, washing, drying, and folding clothing and linens, then delivering clean laundry items to resident rooms.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk, read or hear.
