Operate metal detector equipment
Circulate among guests and employees
Monitor and authorize entrance
Scan guest tickets upon entry
Assist guests with locating seats
Keep venue safe, clean, presentable
Resolve guest complaints or problems
Examine tickets for authenticity
Assist guests with special needs
Participate in venue recycling efforts
Guide guests to exits in emergency
Verify staff credentials
Partner with fellow band members to close venue
Collect recyclables from lawn
Pick up and store event equipment
Give directions to places
Ensure guests are safely enjoying show

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs. +
