Job Summary

Candidates will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing SiC crystal growth experiments using Physical Vapor Transport techniques while ensuring tool uptime above 90%.
The position requires close collaboration with device, epitaxy, and integration teams to ensure material performance meets strict device requirements.
