The role is primarily focused on BIM modelling, with occasional involvement in basic site coordination. Key Responsibilities BIM Modelling (Main Scope): • Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems. • Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. • Ensure all models comply with HDB standards and project requirements. • Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and other trades to resolve clashes. • Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. • Support submission drawings and documentation. Site Coordination (Secondary Scope): • Provide basic support to site team when required. • Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies or coordination issues on site. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience (plumbing). • Mandatory: HDB project experience. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software. • Good coordination and communication skills. • Able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field • Familiar with Singapore construction standards and submission process.
