Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Food Science or Microbiology
  • Minimum 2 years QA/Food Safety experience
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA/USDA, HACCP, and SQF standards
  • Experience with audit preparation and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to lead teams in cold production environments

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with plant-based or protein alternatives
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish
  • Knowledge of LIMS and AOAC standards
  • Strong mathematical and PC skills including Smartsheet
  • Experience with Tracegains software

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years food manufacturing QA experience
  • Authorized to work for a US employer
