The Environmental, Health and Safety Leader is responsible for establishing EHS needs, facilitating training, and implementing programs to ensure safe operations across Canadian steel distribution facilities.
This leadership role acts as advisor, coach, and mentor to local warehouse leadership teams and requires routine travel to multiple facilities in Canada and occasional travel to the USA.
The position demands a hands-on approach with strong leadership, management, coaching, and organizational skills to maintain compliance and promote safety initiatives.
