• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, real estate
• 5+ years applied research/analytics experience
• Supervisory/leadership role preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Expertise with CoStar, MSCI-RCA, Tableau/Power BI
• Must be authorized to work in the US
