Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • U.S. onshore upstream oil and gas industry experience
  • 3+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Hands-on forecasting budgeting variance analysis skills

Nice-to-have

  • Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts
  • Experience with PowerBI SAC products or similar tools
  • Exposure to automation AI or advanced analytics in finance

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or Business
