  • Employees are expected to demonstrate leadership abilities in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor or Team Leader while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • The role involves managing automatic CMM or Seebrez inspection equipment and generating trends of non-conforming material to assist with metrics analysis.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Visual dimensional functional inspections
  • GD&T understanding and application
  • ISO9001 ISO13485 quality standards knowledge
  • Measurement tools usage calipers optical comparator
  • NCR process initiation and segregation
  • Oracle Quality modules operation

Nice-to-have

  • Leadership abilities in absence of supervisor
  • CMM or Seebrez equipment programming experience
  • IPC certification
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Training personnel in inspection techniques

Key Requirements

  • 3-4 years work experience as Quality Inspector
  • High school graduate or equivalent education
  • Associate's degree in inspection preferred
  • Strong computer operation skills required
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and sampling plans
