Job Summary
This position will work under the supervision and direction of the HLA laboratory supervisor, performing technical procedures including HLA typing, antibody identification, and cross-matching.
Responsibilities include performing ABO/Rh, IAT, DAT, antibody identification, cross-matching units of blood, and running automated equipment, as well as daily reagent QC and equipment preventive maintenance.
