  • Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support, acting as the primary contact for airline customers to ensure operational excellence and maximize insights from the digital ecosystem.
  • Act as the 'Voice of the Customer', synthesizing regional feedback to influence the product roadmap and identify opportunities for process enhancements and new service offerings.
