Workday is seeking a Principal Product Operations Lead to optimize its Enterprise Technology Services team through effective product delivery governance and agile practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product operations within a high-growth SaaS environment and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across the organization

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $150,900 USD - $226,300 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $254,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

  • BS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
