7+ years facilities-related work experience
5+ years leadership/managerial capacity
HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge
CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency
Safety hazard identification and remediation
Nice-to-have
Associate's Degree in Engineering discipline
Universal Technician certification for CFCs
Operating Engineers license (SMA)
Construction planning and execution exposure
Strong internal and external customer service
Key Requirements
7+ years facilities experience
5+ years leadership experience
CFC certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
