Job Summary

  • Develop and implement MIL-STD-1472 compliant Human Factors programs, performing tasks and analyses to eliminate hazards or provide effective controls.
  • Lead Human Factors Engineering efforts across integrated product teams, coordinating with customer representatives and ensuring system requirements are properly allocated and integrated.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and government approval authorities, brief human factors considerations at technical reviews, and prepare internal and customer reports.

  • Experience developing, implementing, and/or performing Human Engineering Program Plans, Assessments, and Analyses
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
