Job Summary
Develop and implement MIL-STD-1472 compliant Human Factors programs, performing tasks and analyses to eliminate hazards or provide effective controls.
Lead Human Factors Engineering efforts across integrated product teams, coordinating with customer representatives and ensuring system requirements are properly allocated and integrated.
Collaborate with Program Management and government approval authorities, brief human factors considerations at technical reviews, and prepare internal and customer reports.

Key Requirements

Experience developing, implementing, and/or performing Human Engineering Program Plans, Assessments, and Analyses
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance
