Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HRBP experience
  • Minimum 5 years in leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in working in Metrix organization
  • Industrial Relations and workplace relations knowledge
  • Knowledge of HR and safety regulations
