Job Summary

  • You will serve as a crucial bridge connecting the company's products with customer success, providing comprehensive and in-depth technical support for NGS panel design and synbio-related products to customers in China, both pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Handle and respond to complex technical inquiries from customers about DNA synthesis products (genes, oligo pools, mutant libraries, etc.), providing professional, timely, and accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to participate in technical visits to important customers, provide professional technical demonstrations, and assist in achieving sales targets.
