Professionally achieve regional business objectives by ensuring the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policies and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
Develop regional business plans through SWOT analysis of the market and by aligning with key business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in plan implementation.
Cultivate capabilities according to the RAM competency model, enhance efficiency, and actively disseminate and develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behaviors, serving as a role model for other employees.
