Must-have
Benefits plan administration experience
Collaborating with HR and Benefits teams
Managing benefit plan renewals
HR database experience (Workday preferable)
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Vendor contract and procurement management
Nice-to-have
Experience with international benefit programs

Key Requirements
