Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and monitoring vital signs.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, or suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor immediately while maintaining strict confidentiality.
